Delete your data

You can remove your data from Aclamia in three ways. Pick the one that matches what you want to delete.

  1. Option 1

    Disconnect a platform you connected

For your Google Business Profile, or an advertising account on Meta, Google or TikTok.

    1. Sign in to Aclamia and open the business or the advertising account that is connected.
    2. Choose Disconnect and confirm.

    What happens

    • We delete the access token we stored for that connection and ask the platform to revoke Aclamia's access.
    • For an advertising account, we first pause every campaign still running on it, because once it is disconnected nothing in Aclamia can stop them.
    • What the connection already brought into your account, such as your reviews, stays there until you delete your account.
    • You can also remove Aclamia from the platform's own settings, where it lists the apps connected to your account. That ends our access at the platform; to have the stored token deleted too, disconnect it in Aclamia as well, or delete your account.
  2. Option 2

    Delete your account

Removes your account and the data in it.

    1. Sign in to Aclamia and open Settings.
    2. In Danger Zone, choose Delete Account and confirm.

    What happens

    • Your account is closed straight away, and any paid subscription is canceled at the end of the current billing period.
    • For 30 days you can still sign in to restore the account or to download a copy of your data.
    • After those 30 days, the account and its data are permanently deleted.
  3. Option 3

    Write to us

If you cannot sign in, or you would rather we did it for you.

    1. Write to support@aclamia.com from the email address on your Aclamia account.
    2. Tell us what you want deleted: a connection, or your whole account.

    What happens

    • We process deletion requests within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy states.

What we keep, and why

A few records are kept after deletion, for the periods and reasons listed in 7. Data Retention in our Privacy Policy: for example, anonymized message-delivery records that US telemarketing rules require, and the records that stop a free trial from being repeated.
